With over 20 years of experience in the tax and accounting industry, I am committed to helping businesses automate processes, optimize workflows, and overcome operational challenges. My career includes eight years as a tax accountant at Deloitte and nearly twenty years in leadership roles at SurePrep and Thomson Reuters, where I contributed to the growth and scaling of tech-enabled services. This combination of hands-on experience and leadership has given me a unique perspective on driving sustainable growth and operational efficiency for firms of all sizes.

I’m passionate about transforming the tax and accounting community, empowering professionals to thrive in a rapidly evolving landscape.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with family and hitting golf balls into sand and water hazards.

I lead the technology teams at Qount with a vision for the future of the accounting and finance industries. I’m passionate about solving complex challenges and developing innovative, scalable solutions that enhance the efficiency and productivity of Qount customers.

Before Qount, I led engineering and product teams at Intuit, tackling intricate problems and building impactful technology. With a background in mechanical engineering and a strong foundation in math and operations research, I’ve dedicated my career to driving transformation through technology.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, reading, and playing sports… except golf. That’s mostly frustrating.

I have over two decades of expertise in accounting, financial operations, and technology-driven transformation. I’ve built and led successful accounting practices, enhanced client service delivery, and streamlined financial workflows for mid-sized and large enterprises through integrated technology solutions.

I’m a Chartered Accountant, Cost & Management Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, and Enrolled Agent with the IRS. I previously held key roles at Ernst & Young and Deloitte before founding my own firm. My SMB-focused outsourced accounting, tax, and payroll practice leveraged technology to drive efficiency and profitability, culminating in a private equity-backed merger in October 2023. I’m now a Partner at Cherry Bekaert.

I’m a former first-class cricket player from India, an avid traveler, audiobook enthusiast, and an aspiring golfer. If you play golf in the Dallas area… fore!

With over two decades in product development, I’ve led teams in building intuitive, user-centric products that put customer satisfaction at the heart of innovation. As Chief Product Officer at Qount, I drive product strategy, shape the roadmap, and empower teams to deliver experiences that elevate how tax and accounting professionals serve their clients. Guided by Qount’s mission to craft intelligent solutions that amplify their impact, I focus on building tools that streamline workflows and improve efficiency. My background in scaling product portfolios and defining strategies, first as Vice President of Product at SurePrep and later at Thomson Reuters, has honed my ability to tackle complex challenges and deliver meaningful results. I hold a master’s degree in Accounting and Taxation from the University of Mumbai.

When I’m not working, I’m enjoying a good cup of tea, taking a walk with my dog, or in a notable act of love… working on appreciating my husband’s taste in avant-garde cinema.

With more than a decade of experience in B2B technology, I’m focused on helping companies translate complex products into meaningful business value. At Qount, that means shaping how firms understand the next evolution of practice management: a more connected, intelligent way to run the business, improve profitability, strengthen client engagement, and make better decisions with greater visibility.

Before Qount, I worked across the cloud, data center, cybersecurity, and managed services industries, helping technology companies sharpen their positioning, modernize their brands, and connect their solutions to the business outcomes customers care about most. That experience gave me a deep appreciation for markets where buyers face complexity, change, and increasing pressure to get more value from the systems they already rely on.

I’m passionate about building clear, credible stories around products that solve meaningful problems. For Qount, that means helping tax and accounting firms see what is possible when practice management moves beyond tracking work and starts helping firms run with greater insight, control, and confidence.

Outside of work, I’m usually playing guitar, losing blitz chess games faster than I should, or spending time with creative projects across music, film, games, art, and design.

I have over 20 years of experience in the tax and accounting industry, with deep expertise in process optimization, technology adoption, account management, and client relationship management. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with accounting firms to improve business processes, strengthen operational visibility, and use technology to drive greater efficiency, growth, and client service.

Through my previous work at SurePrep, Thomson Reuters I’ve had the opportunity to partner with firms through many stages of their technology journey, from evaluating new solutions to adopting tools that make daily work easier and client service stronger. Those experiences have shaped how I think about technology: it should not just add features, it should help firms work with more clarity, consistency, and confidence.

Today, I focus on helping firms integrate modern, AI-enabled technology solutions that give them greater visibility into their practices. My goal is to help firms improve internal processes, elevate their client service offerings, and create a better overall experience for the clients they serve.
